Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Subbu Innovative Classes Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), operator of Telugu Tejam (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for school-age children who participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian represents they have authority to accept these Terms for the child.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your PIN, OTP codes, and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at admin@aksharatejam.in of any unauthorized use.
• One account per participant. Duplicate accounts may be removed.

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, or use automated tools/bots.
• Submit content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, or infringing.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

• Some features and competition stages may require a fee, displayed at checkout in the applicable currency.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay) subject to their terms.
• All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Prizes are awarded per the published rules. We may substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary.
• Participants are responsible for any taxes or charges associated with prizes.

You retain ownership of audio recordings, text, and other content you submit (“User Content”). By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, evaluate, and display the content as needed to operate the Service, conduct the competition, publish leaderboards, and promote the program.

You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

All content provided by us — including stories, branding, design, logos, and software — is owned by Subbu Innovative Classes Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The Service relies on third parties (e.g., Supabase, Firebase, Twilio, Razorpay). We are not responsible for their availability or actions. Their terms and privacy policies apply to data they process.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Subbu Innovative Classes Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
